I'm with you, the kids seemed to love it. All these negavols in here bellyaching about something the players clearly were getting jacked up for - you're all coming off as bozo's. "Waaa, they held up a symbol of pride in defensive turnovers based on hard work, persistence and dedication."
I suppose this is why I don't come into the FF much, this side of the litter-box is absolutely full of turds.
The Can got a lot of play on a lot of shows today. Butch just walked- or maybe better to say sprinted- right into all the one liners being slung around. Every college football journalist with a brain cell is going "WTF?" and trying to find their own clever play on words relating to UT/trash can/dumpster fire.
Well, no point in wasting the trash can now that they got it all decorated. Maybe give it to the cheerleaders — they could cut a hole in the bottom, stick their head in and make a huge megaphone out of it.
It seems silly to hold it up the entire time we are on defense, but it is ridiculous how some of you are fixated on something that is used to motivate a team of college kids. It was never intended to entertain shallow fans.
Was just watching the MIZZU game and they were dunking balls in a metal trash can. Not even school colors. They scored like 50 points against miss st. A lot of folks think they will win the east because of offense. Nobody talking about the trash can.
