I read that he faxed his papers without his guardian (dad) signing them. I guess he is not 18 yet and can't sign the document as a minor.

sounds like the case patrick turner had last year. everyone made it into a big deal like his parents werent gonna allow him to go to usc after how he didnt let them know where he was gonna go and how he messed with uts coaches and then they sign them without hesitation.

Hazelton looked good at the Army All-American Bowl, definitely looked like the best WR from what I saw of the game.

I think it was ESPN that said he chose USC but his Dad wanted him to go to Penn State.
