The real question is... Can Mike DeBord use Twitter? If not, he is a huge liability and most certainly does NOT fit in with the current staff. Screw offensive "Schematics" (Hello Derek Dooley), it's all about Twitter. :)

This makes zero sense IMO. So lets hire Mike DeBord right in the middle of the dead period so CBJ cannot contact the recruits to reassure them that hiring an Olympic Administrator that is way past a very average "prime" is a good idea? Uh... I don't think so.

Could be that the new OC doesn't want to do damage to the school he is leaving by announcing. Maybe his HC asked him or Buch to wait to save a recruiting class. JMO

So after 64 threads (not exaggerating, just counted them) and literally THOUSANDS of posts on the OC question, I think I can summarize it all in less than 20 lines of text. Yep, sixty-four threads, thousands of posts, probably hundreds of thousands of words, down to twenty lines. Here goes:

"Bajakian's leaving"

"Holy carp, we gotta get someone, STAT! Otherwise, we will totally fail FUREVER!"

"I knew Jones wasn't worth a poop, see this proves it, he has ruined my life"

"I know, let's get ___________" (insert any of 45 different names here, most of them well known and trendy in college or pro football today)

"Looking more and more like DeBord, check my stats" (sorry, historical accuracy prevents me from leaving this out)

"Yeah, but not DeBord, he's old and ugly and hasn't coached in forever"

Please Sanford. Canada just got an extension and we need someone other than DeBord.

My choices is Sanford all the way. Reel him in coach

I've just accepted it's going to be DeBord, and a GA is going to coach our QBs. I don't agree with that decision, but everything is pointing that that is what Butch is going to do. Hope it works out, because if it doesn't, his ass is going to be red hot. A step back next year is unacceptable.
