When we started the year our Defense was to be a strong point over our offense. Last year was bad but frankly this is worst I've seen since the early 90's. We would have trouble against the Ivy League teams.

We have a secondary that's clueless, gets burned week after week and where a second and even third string QB can look like a star.

We have LB's that get ran over by RB's and dragged for extra yardage.

We have no pass rush period and no run defense at all. It takes 3-4 of our players to tackle anyone and most of the time it's after 3-4 yards later. Most of the defense looks like they're all freshman playing their first game. It's like the other team is running a V8 and we're using a 4 cylinder. It's like a Pickup vs a Pinto out there. They're literally gettting pushed around and ran over, ran by and ran around.

Points allowed...48, 31, 32, 41, 41 out of seven games :banghead2:

The defense would have been a strength if we had Walls, Martin, Brown, Loften, etc. Too many injuries and guys not making the grades.

I'm not ready to throw in the towel on Wilcox just yet but from a schematic point of view we've been lackluster.

Even in points of the game where we're "close" in score (first halves of all games but UGA) we're still getting dominated in total yards, TOP, etc. The score doesn't reflect it, but the writing has been on the wall.

given up alota poundage to the tide, wears you down when your given up 30-40 lbs on average and that includes muscle, equals strength, you see the guns on richards.
