How in the hell can you people really believe he is remotely serious?

Because he constantly said he was. There are tons of idiotic statements in every forum on Volnation. If a guy makes a ridiculously stupid comment, other guys check to see if he's employing a little sarcasm, and he repeatedly says he's not, that he's 100% with said stupid comment, what are ya gonna do? Seems like he's now giving up that he was goofing.... #apologies

Cool thanks. It really helps after therapy

now, if your swelling is down, turn off cool and turn on heat for @ 15-20 minutes prior to therapy with their permission. If you have bruising, swelling or bleeding, don't use heat. Heat makes things bleed and cold stops bleeding (hence cold in use of broken necks, cardiac arrest, etc as it prevents more damage by vasoconstriction and release of endorphins). This will loosen up your tight quad and patellar tendon and allow for easier stretching, then get home and tag it with cold/compression

Hard to do that because I come straight from work to therapy most days. I'll give it a try though when I'm at home before I do some exercises.
