If Nuke wanted to play more, he should have been fielding those punts when he was in there and not playing high hurdles over the ball. He's not getting to play because he didn't do his job. I think he was recruited as much for making a statement to everyone about us being able to get players out of Florida that Meyer wanted. I may be wrong, but that's how I have always seen it.
I was thinking this too. If he's not happy with the Vols then he is best off to leave. If he's worrying more about himself than the team then - good riddance.
I agree with that... See J. Jackson.I don't think they complicate it this much. My sense is they just play whoever is doing the best in competing for the job. There's no upper class loyalty bias. If the upper classmen are better, they play. If the under classmen are better, they play. And, the competition is NEVER over.
It's a system that doesn't work for players who don't like to compete.
Um, he's on campus. My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw Nuke eating a pizza burger at Gus' last night. I guess it's pretty serious.
