Of all the moronic posts that you have made on here this has to be one of the dumbest. Look at the top 50 classes per rivals Yahoo Sports: Rivals.com 2012 Team Recruiting Rankings
You will see a lot of the teams did not sign 25 players, particularly those in the SEC because of the 25 limit. Why is this the case? It is because unlike you, coaches are not dumb asses. There are players going into national signing day that coaches know that their decision is between two or three teams. You hold out for these players, you don't yank their scholarship and sign somebody else just so you can take a full 25. You end up winning some and losing some though, and then end up below 25.
