Tonight it is spaghetti, fresh green beans, garlic bread and a salad for father in law.
Tomorrow it is smoked beef and pork ribs, baked beans, fried potatoes, rolls, and salad for my father.
Also, smoking a brisket to eat on next week.

Love Cajun food! Son was born in SCLA and grew up on it, wife won the soul food cook off with her etouffee last fall.

Tonight it is chicken strips, rice and veggies. Real chicken, real breading, from scratch, only way to do it.

By the way, tomorrow I'm dropping the big boys off at Penn State Football Camp. . .should be UTK but 2 hours instead of 12. . .

thinking about Wok Hay tonight, if not that then it'll be barbecue pork and fries
