Holiday Inn starts at700pm usually play 5 tourneys, Cocoa Beach

I registered online. I don't seem to have the option to sign up for a tournament outside of central counties. Think I'm okay if I just show up?

How many people they get for these things, anyway? Seems like they used to get 50-60 on a typical night, according to what they say online. But that was a year ago ...

Run dead in to Ron Jons from 520 turn right, down A1A and its about 1-2 miles on the left side

Okay, so I can go 520 from Orlando, take it East past 95, and when I hit U.S. 1 go south? Cool.

I figured out how to register for the tourney and I did so. I may even bring a date if she's up for heading out. Guess I'm committed to it, now ...

I'll wear my Gator NCAA basketball hat so you can spot me. Be glad to buy you a beer.

And take your chips!!

Well, the hottie just got the call out of the bullpen from me, so we'll see if she wants to go or not. I guess if it starts at 7, I'll try to be there about 6:30. That way I can have a drink or four before we get going.

Glad I mentioned playing this weekend. Plus it will be fun to put a face with a name on Volnation.

ho, you want to go, too? Seriously, this looks like a total blast. You mentioned hanging out at BWW. Why not this place, instead?

Thanks but unfortunately poker not my big thing. We'll have to hook up though in next weeks for golf.

That has possibilities.

Where do you play?

I usually play Eagle Creek or Stoneybrook East on our side of town, but been known to play Deer Run if I just want to go out and knock it around some. If I'm headed west, I'll play Orange County National, but this time of year for us non-Orange County folks thats a hundred a pop and when you can play Stoneybrook for half that, kind of hard to justify the extra hour and back...

I've played Stoneybrook East and Deer Run. Really like Stoneybrook. Have yet to play Eage Creek and heard some good things about it. So any of those three would be nice.

Good luck tonight.

wedgefield......lol

Actually, I like Wedgfield, the old Rocket City course out on 520 just past 50, right? I have some clients that LOVE playing out there (they are from Mims) and so I'll meet them thereonce a month. Last time we played there, I played 36 holes, they played 54!!!

If that is your goal, then you win.

Hey ho, SBE is totally different than Eagle Creek. SBE is narrow and not that long, save for 2,7,8, 13, and 16. Eagle Creek is wide open, but you need to eat your Wheaties to get there in regulation.
