Going to the Funeral of Chris Newsom tonight. Saturday going somewhere to watch the UT game. Saturday night going to my Holiday Business party, then might hit up some bowling or the electric cowboy.

I WANT TO PLAY, Law we have the free tourneys over here beachside and one win puts you playing in a big tourney at Cocoa Beach Holiday Inn. If ya want one day come over this way and try it out.

Really? Where is this at? Is it one of the organized free poker things they do to get people out to some of the bar/restaurants? I usually play either at the Hard Rock in Tampa or, when friends are in town, the Melbourne Greyhound Park.

I have played at the park lots I lived around the corner. The one Im refering to is Final Table Tour. The boat also a good place to play real $ poker. One day you can ride over and play Final Table Tour or meet at the track for some 1-2$

Nah man, I won't play that $1, $2 thing. Folks chase down double gutshot str8s and pull flushes out their butt left and right. Would drive me nuts. I play the no limit tournaments.

I have played on the boat before, no limit with $5 SB, $10 BB. Broke even. But you can get whacked pretty good doing that for 4 hours if you ain't careful.

What do you mean "played at the park"?

I'm going to look up "Final Table Tour" on the net.

You mean Fagan's pacemaker hasn't given out yet? Do they have non-wheelchair seating at a Steely Dan show or do those who can actually still walk on their own just have to find room among the geriatrics?

I would play the GP touney or if ya want to play the FTT, there are gator fans playing and even a guy who campained to be a judge in Viera

Fagen just turned 58 this week. They ain't THAT old. Still turning out groovy tunes, too. And their selection of bandmembers is top notch these days, as it really always has been.

I realize you would rather save your sheckles for Gwen Steffani or the Brittney Comeback Tour, but if the Dan ever make it to your neck of the woods, why not sell off one of your Battle Star Galactica figurines and buy yourself a ticket.

Recovering from doing the Disney 1/2 Marathon and Marathon last weekend which equates to beers at BWW and watching some UT Bball and/or NFL playoffs this weekend.

What's the deal on it (pardon the pun)? They have multi-tables with dealers? Play on computers, like the QB1 or trivia games? How many people play in a toruney?

2. If you're going to attempt to engage in witty banter, at least attempt to have a hint of truth in your replies. While I'm sure you spent many hours watching sci-fi drivel like Buck Rodgers and Battlestar Galactica, many of us never wasted our time. Also, my musical tastes are well known. You couldn't have missed them worse in your little quip if you tried. Now run along, I believe you need to get some Metamucil and Depends to donate to the band for the show.
