Except Gruden doesnt want it. I have been in the Gruden thread plenty and want to believe but there is nothing that suggests it.

I've never been on the Gruden bandwagon, I don't find him all that impressive, but he wasn't spoken to this cycle even though he made some overtures through radio interviews. I'd say he'll have to be #1 on Phils list.

Lets be honest, Davenport should've had the door shown to her along with Currie. She's just as responsible as Currie, and actually did worse because she cost us Leach.

My guess is that Phil has learned a thing or two about doing bidness since he hung up his coaching hat. He'll prolly get on the phone personally with those of interest to him, counter their objections while meeting their needs and concerns. He might close a good deal for us. I could be totally wrong, but am willing to give Phil a shot.
