I read every bit of breaking news here before the media sites report. That's honestly insane in a good way. Every Vol related story, local or global, someone links for us. You can have a question answered here as fast as you can Google the answer.
The unbelievable number of fans from all corners of the planet and it's constant hub. So many sites out there with 12 people accounting for 70% of the posts.
This place is undeniably fun for any fb fan. We have so many visiting fans that get hooked and never leave. Love that..most of the time. Mobile is great, so fast and convenient and still so much that I haven't mentioned.

The ability to follow my Vols and remain a part of the UT fanbase / community despite being on the other side of the planet. Don't post often but I lurk everyday, and I cannot WAIT for it to be football time in Tennessee.

The escape from life,a place I can read others opinions and input on our beloved Vols, news updates, players progression, recruiting, seeing as I don't have many Vol friends y'all fill that void! We all share a common interest negas or sunshine pumpers, I won't be able to catch every game live so I'll be checking up here while working and studying the games being played in the words of you fanatics.

Probably my favorite aspect of VolNation is the wide range of opinions that posters have, and the 'interesting' turns that some of the ensuing discussions take. If everyone was in lockstep it'd either be flat out boring.

A close second would be the coverage of the Fall camps, which is way better than any other Vols-related news source that I am aware of.

To grasp how truly great and significant VN is for all of us, try to imagine the huge void we would have in our collective lives were it to suddenly disappear for some reason.

The layout for both web and mobile is very clean and easy to read. The ads are very minimal and no popups, unders, etc...

It's the best fan website from a design and content :) standpoint that I've seen.

I like the fact that we have our own little community here. Even the people that I disagree with. Ultimately we're all here because we have a common love of the Vols. There are several regulars here that I consider friends, even though we've never met in person.
