First, point out that every civilized country in the world except us has price controls on vital drugs, resulting in a situation where the Pharmaceutical Industry, whose manufacturers are mostly located outside the US, gleans 40% of its total global profits from America. Then encourage everyone in the US to buy their drugs from Canada, Mexico, or Europe, and promise a presidential pardon for anyone who is tried for doing so. THEN, (like the mayor of Detroit) I'd okay the purchase of all drugs for members of the executive branch employee health plan from Canada.

Second, since the only other country in the world that executes children and the mentally disabled is a small African dictatorship, I'd promise a presidential pardon to any American child or mentally disabled person who some morally retarded judge sentenced to death.


Third, I'd paint the White House orange.
