What would you do / give up if it guaranteed a win over Bama?

Bye. If you act quickly you can still jump on the Alabama bandwagon before it crashes.

Funny thing is in 2-3 years you’ll be on here with all the other “real” fans saying we shouldn’t expect a lot out of the new coach until he can replace all of Pruitt’s players that are soft and don’t know how to win.

Really... While your looking into the future how about telling me next weeks lottery numbers.

I'm not all that interested in getting some kind of "miracle win" over Alabama so my response is: I'd give up nothing.
What I would "deal for"...is a Tennessee team that rolls over the mediocre competition, rather than being PART OF IT. A Big Orange team that pulls our starters at halftime and still wins by 4 TD's over pretty much the entire season, and beats Georgia, Florida and Alabama handily.
THAT'S the Big Orange Football I'm looking for. A "one-off miracle win" over Bama..?? I don't care.

I’d loose embarrassingly to Georgia State, heartbreakingly to BYU, and get blown out at home by Kentucky to see the Vols knock off Alabama

Us “real fans” have seen this story over and over again. We’re not winning Saturday. Odds are it won’t be competitive beyond a quarter or two if we’re lucky. If you want to watch, watch. If you don’t, don’t. I’m not going to blame anybody for not wanting to sit through yet another bloodbath.

And to answer your question: Nothing. We’ll beat them when we’re good enough. Which may be a decade or so from now.
