What would you do / give up if it guaranteed a win over Bama?

Nada. If the guys with the headsets and the guys with the numbers on their shirts don't have what it takes to win (preparation, conditioning, gameplan, their sh*t together, etc), it's on them to get to that point.

I have a great question but doesn't deserve a thread. When you love a program do you continue to give your all when the program continuously lets you down.

Let's see who the real fans are.

Nothing.

The Vols used to beat Bama without me having to give up anything. Why shouldn't they be able to do that again?

But to be perfectly honest, counting my education and the donations and all season tickets over the years, I've already given up tens of thousands of dollars to good 'ol UT.

Yes. When your team is down that’s when they need you the most.

From what I can tell from the firings of Dooley and Jones, they were giving them more than a fair shot at getting it done. Why? From what I can figure, it was to show the next hire that they would get their fair shot too.

Dooley changed his defense when he should have stuck to what he had. We could have won a few more games with our offense if only our D would have been some better.

Jones went way conservative to get way behind and then have a major comeback or to lose at the end or to just lose big. Then put his trust in JG and lost a bunch of games, the team, his job. Only those that know, knows what when on behind the scenes.

JP seems to have put his fate in the hands of JG. We’ll see how that turns out.

I expect them to figure out a way to beat Alabama.

You have to make that decision yourself. There are more important things in life than sports. You need to give your all to personal health, family and friends. Everything else pales in comparison

I’d drag a goalpost, singlehandedly, to the Tennessee River all while having my beer helmet replenished by onlookers.

When is the last time we've done that? Florida 98'? ........serious question, im trying to remember the last time.

Its not going to happen. If TN keeps it within 20, I would consider that a major victory. Sad I know but I've got nothing left for this program. It used to give me joy, now it just gives me frustration.

Jennnifer Garner, Carla Gugino, and Margot Robbie are constantly calling me to hang out. If UT beats Bama I will DEMAND they stop!

Would give up sex with my girlfriend for a month--in exchange for sex with her best friend!
