The ability to form original thought escapes you. I am not surprised.

Stop derailing the thread please.

newton wouldnt have came here anyway. thats what lane kiffin saw and thats why we went after the next best thing. newton's skills are shown through a spread offense which is why, IMO, he would not have came

if kiffin wanted a running qb, he wouldn't have dropped the boyd offer

2-4. Newton is an elite spread QB, but just like Vince Young, he won't be anything above decent in a pro-style system.

I'm confused...are we talking wins and losses or police record?

GOLD!!! but i can give him one thing, i think he is the one in a few that actually learned from his mistakes and has excelled as a leader on the field

We'd be 2-4 with Peyton Manning.

Al Davis would have had the right number of players on the field against LSU. He's the only one person I can think of who would have changed our record as a player. On the other hand, there are hundreds of coaches who have proven they can count.

Really?

Name me the hundreds of coaches that have never had too many/not enough men on the field.

Please don't back pedal and change your stupid argument, just provide me with a list.

al davis being able to count doesnt make up for his other attributes

And you know this how? Peyton Manning would suck behind our abomination of an offensive line.

Not admitting that Cam Newton is better than Matt Simms on every level makes you look very ignorant.
