What will you do if we keep Dooley or hire another dud?

If we keep Dooley or hire another terrible HC. It would mean the end of the program. Would you keep posting on VOL sites?


The stadium would be used mainly for concerts and monster truck shows. Would you be one of the 50k going to the games?

What will you do?

are you serious?

this "program" has been around since before your grandparents were born. many ups and downs, but if history tells us anything, this program will be very strong and very weak at times for many years after we are dead.

You guys thinking we will stay around if we go on like this are very confused. We are bleeding funds. We are not selling shirts nor tickets nor concessions. We have been bleeding funds for near a decade. It is about to come to an end. Show over...we are Ole Miss. If you think otherwise your head is in the ground.

Lol you are lost my friend. UT could go 3-9 and fans would still bleed orange. It's how some people are built, like me. You act like we are gonna hire Peter griffin and never win another game.

I will always feel for your ilk. I will watch several minutes of each game and poor a little out for my 50k of VFLers. The rest of us will move on. Soon they will sell tickets by combo game packages. Buy a ticket to the Florida game and get tickets to the KC concert.

They have given up so many times on us, their coach and the games.....and you think that a miracle is about to happen?

If it does I would be happy but I do not bet on losers. Dooley is a loser.

My option wasn't up there. If Dooley stays, I'll buy tickets to a couple games, but I will not be buying season tickets. I'm not a longtime donor, so when a change happens, I'll be able to jump back into season tickets. I don't see that being a problem for a long time!

I still don't think Dooley was a bad hire. We were in terrible turmoil when he came in and he has helped to right the ship.

Do I think he is a great coach for the future? No, but he has gotten us on track so that we can make a great hire in the future.

A lot of people on this board have the "satisfy me now mentality." They expect Dooley to come in after 1 season and have a winning team despite what he has to work with.

It's not that simple. You are trying to pigeon hole this into an either or situatuon. By your logic, Tennessee can't have success either way.

If that killed/kills the program, the program wasn't worth saving.

Its been worse and we have survived. I think you insult the resiliency of the program and the students.

Students are not going to the games in mass. The University is aware of this. It is a major issue. You guys have created a bubble on here. Unbias observers know our program is at this point dead in the water. It soon will be only a whisper of yester year. I former program which elders/grandparents claim was once dominate.

Oh we will have a program. They will just have to shut down the upper level seats and cut the budget in half.

I still have hope for Dooley. However, if a coaching change is made, it will be a home run hire. Money will be no object. Don't know who, but it will be a home run hire.

Could we add. What would you do if UT fired Dooley and made an outstanding hire if we are gonna hypo?
