So, we either have 259645 people here on vol nation with inside sources of all kinds, or we are being massively trolled by our own fans. Personally I won't believe It until he is signed and delivered. So if it turns out Gruden doesnt come and we were not even close.. See randy Shannon. What wil we do with these insiders who have came out of the wood work with stories of rent a cars, browns ownership and god knows what else. I cannot imagine making things up on a Internet message board to try and look important and on the inside, but then again I do not live in my mothers basement.

I pray we get him, but if not we need to banish the so called insiders who have called it a done deal for two weeks now.

we should make a thread about them and publicly shame them

a Top 25 List of Trolls. That would actually be kinda interesting if we rank the biggest trolls

OCI is ineligible for the top 25, as he is already in the VolNation Troll Hall of Fame for his "3 Amigos" campaign from a couple of years ago.

Damien Jacobs (DT) - JUCO East Miss CC - Decomitted after the Kentucky debacle and went to Florida (finished reg season with 9 total tackles).

Denico Autry (DE) - JUCO East Miss CC - Was expected to come to TN but after the Kty debacle opted for Miss St. (finished reg season with 37 total tackles).

Darrington Sentimore (DE) - JUCO Gulf Coast CC - started for TN and recorded 18 total tackles).

If Gruden is our next coach does that mean all the people bashing the insiders should also be banished?

The real insiders have been here for over 6 weeks.

None of the OGs have ever set an official date on the announcement.

Channel 5 in Nashville just said that a meeting between Hart and Gruden had been canceled and might meet later in the week. I don't think he's coming to Tn if he can get an NFL job. Why? it's really pretty simple, no NCAA experience, more hours, actually having to evaluate players not just who you can afford under the salary cap and probably the biggest reason will be the amount of money he'll want to be paid. But if he wants to get back into coaching he may have to take a college job, his name is always mentioned with every NFL coaching vacancy but he's never hired.

People who have sources do not post on Internet Boards and like wise people who post on internet boards don't have sources !!

Gruden needs to say whether he is coming or not, you know he loves being the center of attention and having his ego stroked. On the other hand there may be negotiations going on. :unsure:

I vote for this !! I think there are many on here who have hurt our program in many ways.
