I think the narrative of our QB is amplified...especially if he plays well.

People love a pulled up by bootstrap kind of story. JA has a great story of never quitting. Would love to see it.

What a story they would have to write about if Aquilar balls out this year and leads the Vols to greatness.
We lose a pre-Madonna and replace him and his PJs, wrap around shades and Cali cool with a hard working QB who ends up making it big in the SEC.

I don’t think it will be a reflective negative about GA, I think it will more likely be considered a statement by the Vols. Just makes for a better narrative that way in my opinion.

What’s the truth? I don’t know. If you guys whip us, I’ll be uncontrollably pissed at likely Bobo. Not to say it will be his fault necessarily, that’s just where I’m at. When the dust settles I’ll place blame where deserved.

If you guys whip us, the so called experts should give you credit. It would be a statement win. Not bc I think we are so much better, but because you’ve bested a beast that is a Kirby Smart GA football team. I don’t by any means mean this in an arrogant way, but Kirby is a very good Head Football Coach so far.

The truth is, probably won’t be popular here, my thinking is 60-40 Dawgs in percentage. At the same time, nothing would surprise me.

I’m expecting a very good game, and as I’ve stated in previous posts, I’ve many reservations about our play thus far. It’s so hard to know right now. This game will be a telling game. If you guys whip us, I’ll be among the first to come here and say well done, even though I’ll be pissed. If GA wins I’ll stay away for a bit and let things settle.

In any event my Vol friends, it doesn’t get much better than this for a week 3 game!!! You got Gameday in Knoxville, and you’re hosting the Georgia Bulldogs!!! Absolutely wonderful day for some college football. Normally now is where I would wish you good luck, but you know I’d be lying!. So I’ll just say cheers for Saturday my Vol friends!!!
