What will Meyer do when we beat them down next year in Knoxville? He is having a breakdown.....please. He has only lost 10 games in 5 years. How is he on the verge of a breakdown? He is a multi millionaire, won National Championships, rarely ever loses. In my opinion what a freaking crybaby. Not a Fulmer supporter persay, but if anyone should have had a breakdown it should have been him. Oh wait Fulmer did kindof have a breakdown.

Back to the topic, what do you think that Meyer will do if we beat them down next year. And Im talking about a 14-21 pt victory. Will he quit like a little baby? Kiffin's ego would be so freaking huge if he could get Urbie to quit. I cant wait.

Let's try not to sound like a gator fan. I take pride in UT not having obnoxious and uneducated fans and would like for that not to change.

It will be an interesting game. not much experience on either side at QB. both teams losing key players on defense. I will not go and say we will destroy them, but we SHOULD come out with a win.

This coincides with his record leaves bowling green after short stay.Leaves Utah after short stay and told all the fans that he was there to stay oh then fla. comes a calling.I bet he wanted the ND job so bad it made him sick and it gives him an out with all the mullets and jorts so if kelly flops next year come swooping in as a savior.

After a kiffin blowout win next year, meyer may have a panic attack, realizing he's second tier in the SEC East! Mark it down---UT beats UF easy in Knoxville!!!!

ok man, if wanting to blow out the gators and make urban cry and/or quit coaching is obnoxious and uneducated...count me in. I dont think that sounds like a gator fan, I think that just sounds like a fan in general.

I am not saying that we will destroy them, but if we did it would definately be a spectacular sight. I would love to see Pick Nick throw about 5 tds on them and then urbie cry at the after game handshake.

Every coach in our conference can say the same thing if the Gators win: I told my guys to backoff because I did not want Meyer's death on my hands.

Same guys that start threads like this are the one that are the first to start the "Fire Kiffin", "Bench QB" threads when we get beat next year.

ok, I was quick on the fire Fulmer bandwagon about 5 years ago and yes I wanted to bench Crompton last year as well. But firing Fulmer was a good thing right, and the miracle of turning Crompton around was more amazing than parting the red sea imo. So what man, we are just having fun with this thread....lighten up. Just the thought of Tennessee's win over Florida making Urbie retire would be one of my proudest moments as a Vol fan. Do you not feel the same way? WTF?

No a big deal I just like to let things develope and not count our chickens before they hatch. I just don't want Vol fans sounding like all the USCjr fans when they talk smack and get then get waxed. You have to remember we are not at the level we need to be yet and the Gators will be soild for years to come with or without Urbie. When the FLA game rolls around next year we will still be shaky at QB and be comming off a tough Oregon game.

I'm so sick of hearing Urbies name, especially in a Tennessee football forum.

Like the Gators are going to be solid at QB or tough up the middle on defense? They'll be starting inexperienced players at a lot of the skill positions.

I think Meyer will return from his leave of absence the week after the Tennessee game. It's the only way he can deal with CLK.

I think in an indirect sense Kiffin contributed to Meyer's problems. Kiffin and his staff are relentless. That's just more straw on Meyer's back. Kiffin took "work" to a new level when Meyer was already stretched to the max.

While I think a win next year much less a beatdown is a pretty foolish prediction at this point... one has to wonder how much more pressure Meyer will feel when CLK does start beating him and rubbing his nose in it.
