Offer Chip Kelly 6 million a year. Kids all over the country would be beating down the door to play in his offense, along with playig in this conference. Plus he can use the NFL angel for getting them ready for the league. I know there is a huge buyout but revenue will surge from a quality hire with a proven track record. Use Bama, Michigan, Ohio St as examples of how this works and works very quickly.

Unless we lose out (- Tenn Tech) he will get one more year for sure. He can right the ship by cutting ties with Debord and making the right hire at OC and maybe a new OL coach and a dedicated QB coach.

By all the threads lately the majority of VolNation seems to think it's just a matter of posting their opinion.

I think in reality it's the boosters. When a team continually underperforms the cash flow lessons until the AD has no choice.

Oh and he will hire an oc from the Chinese indoor football league because he runs a bull**** offense that has the ability to score 50 bit only scores 3 ppg.

I would say the vocal minority would rally behind the player but not the coach.

The coaching on Saturday night with extremely inexcusable and irresponsible. I cannot and will not have pity on you to see if they did not make season of season or in season. It is really sad to see a team with so much talent suffer so bad due to, the lack of competent coaches.

You just got greedy. We look a HELLOFA lot better than year 1! The talent and speed differential is monumental! I thought Bajakian's scheme was garbage, so I'd say the coaching is even better...but I'm NOT greedy. :)

If butch gets fired in the next year or two the big money UT boosters need to open their wallets and hire a big name coach this time and not some mid-major guy
