What are your top 3 favorite things of having Derek Dooley as the coach of the University of Tennessee?

My Top 3:

1) Consistently Solid Recruiting
2) Integrity brought back to the Program (VFL!)
3) Dooley One-Liners to the Media

Dooley isn't throwing his players under the bus... He's treatin them like men and being honest when they **** up. He's getting them ready for NFL coaches because that's what all these players want. To be NFL ready.

I find his honesty very refreshing. Infact his honesty may be to a fault but It's nice having a coach say what he means and means what he says.

1. Dooley is the worst recruiter we've had here since Johnny Majors, I like a lot of the players he has brought in but if you look at strait number Dooley averages about 14th nationally and 7th in the SEC, Kiffin's only class was top 3 (I know it was a bust but some of those guys would of stuck around if he hadn't bailed) and Fulmer was constanly pulling in Top 10 classes and top 3 in the SEC.

2. I agree with, its great not having half the team in jail over the spring semester but before we go and give Dooley all the credit for cleaning up the program remeber this. He came in after a pretty big house cleaning after the NCAA started looking into the program. Also many dooley fans will be quick to point out he hasn't had time to set his foundation so up untill this season half the players staying out of trouble weren't 'his'.
