Since we have a what was your first car thread.

Mine was a Honda XL100. 11hp I believe. Knoxville allowed a "motor scooter" license at 14 with a limit of 5hp.

You could put a bigger slide in the carb (kinda like a restrictor plate) to get it to 5hp equivalent. Show the certificate to DMV, get your license and put the old one back in and you are legally riding (kind of) at 14. Sure made the paper route easier.

2010 Yamaha r6. Motorcycles always intimidated me. Rode for a year then sold it. I couldn't enjoy it because of my fear of them.

So I bought a fast car instead. :)

2004 Ninja ZX-6R

Bright ass orange, and I've still got it. Bought it in 2006 with 800 miles on it. It's got about 13,000 now. I'll get some more Deal's Gap pictures wearing my Dainese jacket that I've had for the past couple years. It's pretty awesome.

You were rich. My first Harley was a 59 sportster. It looked like this when I got it only mine was a maroon color and a basket case.

Looked something like this when it was ready for the road in the early 70's.

I have the real pictures in storage somewhere.
