I've never seen a Vol loss outside of Neyland.....

Of course I've only seen UT play at Vandy and at Kentucky, so not much to go by.

I was at that game too!! I love seeing UF fail!! But I have been to prolly 15 away games and we have won most of them...The Chick Fil A bowl game this year made me lose a couple years but I still consider myself very lucky to have experienced more wins than losses as a fan.

2009 Florida Loss (Had a blast for my first road game, Finally seeing a game at The Swamp was a lot of fun. I thought we had bad sun during the first month of the season here but I'm thankful for our weather after a 3 pm start in Gainesville in late September)

2009 Alabama Loss (I'll tell it straight up, Alabama has a nicer campus [their quad is unbelievable], but our stadium is far superior to Bryant-Denny, great experience again, disappointing outcome nonetheless)

Most memorable away game for me was 01/04/99 at Sun Devil Stadium. We beat FSU 23-16 that night. I know, close score but memorable none the less.

let's not talk about that

First post (hope it goes well). I started my road trips in Fulmer's last year and well...they haven't turned out very well.

2009:
Florida L 23-13. Nice stadium but too hot for me.
Alabama L 12-10. Rude fans and had liquor thrown at my group.
Ole Miss L 42-17. Rough game, but nice stadium
Kentucky W 30-24. The streak lives!!
Virginia Tech (in Atlanta) L 37-14. Awful, that's all I have to say.

2008:
Auburn L 14-12. Tough loss.
Georgia L 26-14. The barking got old, real fast!
South Carolina L 27-6. I don't have anything to say about Columbia.
Vanderbilt W 20-10. More orange than black and gold! Haha

2-7? Ouch...all great trips though. None of the stadiums even come close to matching Neyland

I have only been to 1 true away game(2008 UGA game) and 1 neutral site game(2001 SEC CG LSU). I do not have good luck away from Neyland. If the Vols lose, I'm not in a good mood and I never have fun. That being said I have been to 5 games at Neyland and I have never seen the Vols lose.(95 USCjr, 2001 Vandy, 2003 Vandy, 2007 La Laf, 2009 UGA-best game I have ever been to)

My favorite was the 1995 UT vs Alabama. My least favorite would have been my trip to Memphis (the guy was down).

We have found the jinx. Just kidding. I hope we get a better product on the field soon. The last several years have been brutal.

Was there too buddy. Unbelievable night wil probably 65-70 % Vol fans. I typically only go to bowl games, non SEC games for road games. I have been to Vandy but well that was Vandy. I just don't want to get f'ed with all day by ahole opposing fans. I'd rather watch it in the comfort of my home.

Actually, now that I think about it, UT is undefeated in true road games when I've been in attendance. My wife, who is somewhat famously 1-13 in Neyland, seems to be good luck on the road, as well. Of course, that includes only games in Lexington and Nashville, and for me, one trip to Birmingham, but it's still something.

In neutral site games, UT has split a couple of Fiestas, a couple of Outbacks, won a Cotton, lost an SECCG, and beat the hell out of Wyoming in something that shouldn't really count but does because it puts me over .500.

At South Carolina W.

03
at Auburn-Loss...Casey Clausen's only SEC road loss as a starter. Auburn's fans were absolutely brutal to my friends and I. I have never been treated worse by a fan base in my life. I was surprised bc I was always told how nice their fans were. I will never go down to the Plains' again.

04
at #3 UGA. Huge win after the blowout loss to Auburn. My all time favorite road game experience. Athens is also my favorite road college town.

05
at Fla. Loss to the Gators, beginning of a terrible season sitting around a bunch Fla jort wearing clowns.

06
at Memphis. Blowout win. Erik Ainge made it look easy that day.

06
at UGA. After a tough first half, we smoke UGA to hang half a hunded. My 2nd all time favorite road game. I think I need to go Athens more often.

I hope to go to UGA and South Carolina this season. Apparently I'm good luck in Athens.
