Name of the qb from a small town in Texas, supposedly a three star player, committed to Fulmer, and dropped by Kiffin? And where is Tajh Boyd?

I know who your talking about but can't remember his name. I think he ended up signing with a smaller Texas school like SMU or somebody. T. Boyd is at Clemson if I'm not mistaken, blew out his knee ACL and redshirted I believe.

He did that before that signing day, so it was known he would not play his first year no matter where he signed.

Bryce Petty. CLK did us a service by dropping him.

Tajh Boyd redshirted at Clemson and is coming off an ACL tear.

I heard one of Boyd's coaches talking about him on the radio and they said he is a future star.

Tajh Boyd will get a long look during Clemson's spring practice. Their starting QB is a star baseball player and is doing diamond duty during spring practice. There is a reasonable chance that after the season he will be MLB drafted at a high level and could opt for the money. If so, Tajh Boyd would be the apparent starter in waiting. Last season's backup QB (Willie Korn) transferred out.

Bryce Petty,he went to Baylor.

He's from Midlothian Texas and lives across the street from my in-laws. I was gonna go say what's up to him at Christmas when I went out, but he de-committed just before my trip. They said he isn't at Baylor anymore. They say he's been home.
