What was Florida thinking?

Butch Zook is over his head as head coach of Florida. It looks like Florida will be going through what Tennessee went through from 2013-2017.

I love the ESPN draft nerd defending Anderson & his #1 draft pick prediction. Facts are, Anderson’s been weak vs the big guys this yr. Makes the nerd look silly.

This week, Florida had another tackle to pack his bags and depart the gainesville trailer park.

Turns out, Gomer Pyle ain't too good at coaching the o-line. Thank goodness their quarterback is accustom to running from the police.

"Naw, fam, you just suck."

HAHAHA!

Probably. Probably.

But NAH! I got Mincey's back on this one. He's just calling it how he sees it. And no repercussions. Maybe Anderson pays him back with a love tap some day in the future when they're both in the NFL, but I doubt his memory is that long.

Go Vols!

Yeah, I agree. The fact they’ve developed some swagger is good. They believe in themselves. Some choice words and barbs to your competitors here and there are completely fine. Obviously there’s some line where a comment go too far, but this isn’t that.

Why? He whipped him. Now he's said... "I whipped you and am going to do it again if you get in my way". And in the back of Will Anderson's mind... he knows it is true. He was pretty much dominated by UT's OT's

Yeah at the very least he’s gonna be Anderson’s head, which, if he had anxiety problems the last game, I can’t imagine this is gonna help with said anxiety if there is a rematch. Mincey: master of psyops.

I also like how his comments are -after- beating them. Do it before and it might be motivational material for them. Do it after, when they are telling you about their anxiety issues, and now even if they want to get motivated in a rematch they’ll have to remember what happened in the first game and how they felt and get their minds past that before they have can start feeling confident.

Does Will Anderson not understand where anxiety comes from? TN caused that anxiety with it's offense, it is not like you can just go in the locker room and say "Hey ya'll we gonna get hyped and there will be no more anxiety for this opponent"

Once the anxiety is there you can't just wish it away.

Edit:" and yes OP Mincey is going to be a quality tackle for the Vols for several years.

Probably for the first time in their life, these Bama players are getting some negative feedback. Started with the Texas game, hearing they're undisciplined then again after the Arkansas game. TAMU only opened that anxiety door a bit wider. Their film room preps for our game likely opened that door even wider with some of those guys thinking, crap we can't stop these guys. While they can refocus and play better, that doubt and game time anxiety will still be there.

Part of me loves it... part of me would like to see a little more humility, as there is a decent chance we see them again. At the end of the day though, you do you.
Nah. That's boomer mentality. Let them talk smack.

Nah, our big uglies up front are dominating, and you need that attitude, all he heard for weeks was this will anderson guy was going to roll, and he might as well have stayed off the field.

They shut that dude down and made Will Anderson wish he didn't even suit up and get embarrassed.

Let the man talk his trash!!

Also, Crawford is probably my favorite player right now, the puke intimidation was just incredible. It's very motivating haha
