LolInsulting.
Yay.
I can tell your overwhelming need to appear smarter than everyone is overcompensation for everything else your missing as a human being You miserable waste of perfectly good oxygen
But were they here for the John Whited yearsLol
To answer your previous question I think it's waiting on state approval.
This place will be worse than the basketball forum soon. A 5 person cult that act as gate keepers to the program and will throw in every conversation that they were here during the Delmonico days as if that deserves some type of award
NIL may just level that playing field. CTV and the baseVols have caught fire at the most opportune time, imo. If this fan base, community and boosters, do their part, it won’t matter how many scholarships Vandy hands out.Corbin has recruiting advantages that others in the SEC don’t. His record should include an asterisk
I wouldn’t trade CTV or CFA for any coaches in the country. We are stacked, but admittedly miss Quentin Eberhardt. I wonder who will end up as the permanent S&C Coach as it’s a hugely important position.C’mon tv, it took a scout to make you a believer? The OG’s on this board have been telling us this for a while now.
GBO!!
Look, this is the one place on this site that I enjoy coming to, can speak my mind and not get put on blast for doing so. Watching Tennessee baseball and interacting with the guys AND gals in the baseball forum is something I look forward to. No one bashes each other(except out of fun) and we keep it civil(mostly)Lol

I wish I knew more about CFA. Is he yin to CTV’s yang? Is he fiery, laid back? I’d like to see more inside to the program, back story on the coaches, from the university.I wouldn’t trade CTV or CFA for any coaches in the country. Well stated. Completely agree.Look, this is the one place on this site that I enjoy coming to, can speak my mind and not get put on blast for doing so. The difference in this forum and the others...RESPECT!
We respect each other, the game, the players, coaches and opponents(vandy is the exception to that rule)
If people will just put their egos aside and have an open mind, you’ll find that there are some very knowledgeable posters in here. I’ve learned a lot from these guys and while I may not always agree(one guy absolutely despises the art of bunting and another guy loves long DONGS) I always respect their opinions and have a blast following Tennessee baseball with them! Lots of different personalities for sure but the one thing we have in common, we ALL love Tennessee baseball!

He gets more scholarship players due to a loophole being the only private institution in the SEC, thus having an advantage over everyone else. He does not get to be included in the conversation for me.Tim Corbin is pretty objectively better, no? Same amount of years at respective school, same amount of CWS, except he has a better record and 2 'ships.
In my best Ben Franklin voice..."I have lived many years brethren...and the longer I live the more I realize...LEADERSHIP....the key to winning"! From a coaching standpoint...actually in ever area of life...Just look at our country right now! What Tony has done and continues to do is nothing short of spectacular!!!Dave Serrano believed in small ball. It did not work in the SEC. We’re fortunate to have Tony Vitello. As we’re seeing across all of Tennessee athletics, leadership matters. Lack of it is practically insurmountable.
In terms of temperament, CFA is a jalapeño to CTV’s ghost pepper when it comes to sticking up for the team. I’ve seen CFA absolutely dog cuss an opposing dugout on his way both to and from a mound visit.I wish I knew more about CFA. Is he yin to CTV’s yang? Is he fiery, laid back? Spot on, CFA is not laid back during a game and CTV looks laid back however he’s on fire on the inside. In terms of temperament, CFA is a jalapeño to CTV’s ghost pepper when it comes to sticking up for the team. DVH has at his advantage the ability to offer in-state tuition to kids in any state that touches Arkansas; that makes his life infinitely easier. He’s a great coach no doubt but he’s also consistently pulling in top 5 classes the last 5 years or so. That a huge advantage and combined with that school’s and regions love for baseball makes for a perfect world.2nd best coach in the SEC behind Dave Van Horn
