What to tell the kids?

I tried to explain fair weather fans & how you always pull for your team, win lose or draw.

I asked "Who do You like, then?"
His answer: "Texas, because they're winning" :mad:

I think I scared him...lol and I hope he understands. I will speak to him again this afternoon.

that's so funny, i live in meridianville and the wife and i almost refuse to go to the h'ville wal-marts during football season b/c the tide garb is so nauseating. so we go to fayetteville. by the way, they have a LOT of UT stuff on sale right now. LOL. I dunno if that's good or bad. The 'instant' tent, the baggo game, the stadium seats and coolers. anyway, you get the point. :crazy:

I feel your pain with the kids though. my boys (2 and 4 now mind you) are getting $#!t from their grandfather! we were over there last night and a couple of them started on me and i finally had enough. i said, "look you guys have been decent for 8 weeks and now you act like you're the best team in CFB. get your flags back out, put the stickers back on the truck! it's cool to be a bammer again! saban the savior has arrived" they left me, and the kids alone after that.
oh, and both of them know rocky top, very well. the 4 yr old has been to 3 games, and the 2 yr old one. God is Good. lol.
