What really went wrong in Knoxville? THE CAL PERSPECTIVE

Yeah, but also USC and you guys...:realmad:

Teddy, I really am not trying to start a fight so bear with me here. First question, Do you have a membership to, say, a USC messageboard? Second question, what made you create this one and/or that one? Third, are you a glutton for punishment? :) I'm just asking because, as others have said, it does take some guts to come on to a board like this with many rabid opposing fans and do what you do. The arguing seems to get to you, but what did you expect really? I've actually wondered that about other people who are avid supporters of other teams that come on here. I have no problem with it, and everyone is free to do as they please. just curious. :good!:

Well I wish I could answer your questions but I have work to do (homework) and I am short of time. I promise to answer tomorrow. Until then I will answer the first very valid assertion.

Memorial Stadium will be rocking for Tennessee and I think your most important game is USC.

Yeah very true, as many of the comments made by the Tennessee fans are. The USC game is always the most important because it is the conference game. Your most important game next year will probably be Florida, but because of the uniformity of your league (aside from a few stragglers) I guess we can’t be sure.

On a lighter note, I really hope to be able to continue to come to this forum free of fear of attack. :) I can't wait to see all of you nice folks for the game. To those who cannot make it or don't want to, enjoy it on the tube. Win or lose, it will all be worth it, IMO. I think it is awesome you guys are willing to come to Cal and play. Sure you would play Cal in Knoxville any day of the weak, but coming out here shows that your athletic department (if no one else) respects us just a little.

Hope to see yah tomorrow TFan07, I will come late to try and avoid the attackers. :salute:

at least these guys arent as bad as the delusional bama fans that come on here

There are other very similiar posting traits, but I don't want to upset you any more, sweetheart.

Of course he is seth. He doesn't realize he needs to vary his writing style to seem unique. And also remember that one of his first posts was to mention how he "heard what happened to seth." Why would some random cal poster even know who seth is?

I think I'm the only that's afraid of this game.

I would not go as far to say that I am afraid, but I am a little concerned, especially because of our place kicking game and our overall special teams play.

Remember, you have to willing to take our chances against their run d.

If we lose this game and the Florida game we would be 1-2 and I'm afraid this team will quit and our year will continue to get worse.

I recommend any epileptic Vol fans watch this game with a nurse present. UT's frequent lighting up of the scoreboard may cause seizures.

That would be a sad state of affairs if a team gives up after only playing 3 games.

It would also be a negative reflection on the coaching staff as well.
