"I was just thinking. I've faced alot of running backs and Montario Mardesty[sic] is the best one I've went up against. Hands down!!!!!"

Don't know if it has been posted, but I think we all need to keep an eye on Hardesty. I just hope the O-line will run block this year, but we have such a potential to be great running team. We could line up with 3 backs every down and with all that talent, we could still be dangerous! (I know that's not what Kiffin likes to run, but I'm just throwing it out there)

Warren was born to be a WR, with our WR situation right now even though no one could have predicted what could have happened with these injurys, it was the right move. We have Cottam and Stocker who can lockdown the TE position.

There is a difference between being "born" to be a WR and us needing him at WR... No way is someone his size born to be anything other than TE or DE, which is what he was projected as out of HS.

Meant his mindset, he's taken that move in stride and has never looked back.

That's saying a lot

Gerald Jones and Brandon Warren. Jones has the attitude and talks about being a leader on this team, but hasn't proven anything yet. Warren b/c I'm not convinced that he should have been moved to WR.

I'll say this in defense of Gerald Jones: He has made plays when he has been given opportunities.

He led the team in catches last year, had 4 receiving tds (UT had 8 passing TDs all season) and had a punt return over 40 yards, a kick return over 40 yards, a carry of over 40 yards and a catch over 40 yards.

He had damn near 1000 multi-purpose yards last season in what was the worst offense in the history of the Tennessee program. GJ can't make plays if the QB can't get him the ball.

Warren will be fine at WR. He's around 215 and is an athletic freak. His burst of the line is great. He'll make a lot of plays at WR.

I trust your opinion, Justin, so I hope you're right. Brandon is just too good of an athlete to be 3rd on the depth chart at a already struggling WR position.

#87 as usual. Oh, and he better get the ball more this season.
