that was the biggest swing of emotion I ever had. screen pass to TS for TD. Then squib/shank kick. DG to RM every play(1st down) then hobnail boot play for td. I went from jumping up & down to feeling sick.

Wouldn't have mattered. Lincoln wasn't going to hit a kick that day whether it was from 15 yards or 50. It simply wasn't in the cards. If anything we should have just started throwing the ball into the endzone and hoping for a miracle.
