What other teams do you follow besides the Vols?

I am a Vols fan first and foremost!
I grew up in GA so I am a big Braves and Falcons fan.
I also love NASCAR and am a huge Tony Stewart fan!

I'm from South Carolina, so I've always been a USCjr fan. I don't follow them as close as I do UT, but I do hope they can do well. They would be second behind UT of course.

I pull for every SEC team when they're playing OOC.

Within the SEC (and besides Bama of course) I like to see Florida and LSU do well.

Outside the SEC I like VaTech.

I am a Tennessee Vols football fan over all other teams. On that note, unlike many other fans, I root AGAINST all other SEC teams at all times.....I just don't see the benefit of another SEC team winning more games than we do or getting good publicity for their own recruiting purposes. If you think that we benefit when Vandy beats Citadel, Florida beats Miami, UGA beats Colorado, or Bama beats Louisiana-Monroe (oh wait...oops) just because we are in the SEC with them, then you're crazy! It only HELPS Tennessee when all other SEC teams LOSE!

Anyways, aside from that, the other teams I follow are:

NHL - Atlanta Thrashers
MLB - Atlanta Braves
NFL - Indianapolis Colts (no not just because of Peyton, I've liked them since the Johnny Unitas in Baltimore days)
NBA - nobody

I can argue against that. The SEC has won the last National Championships and we have done pretty well against OOC opponents. This makes these high school kids WANT to play in the SEC.

I follow the texas longhorns a fair bit too; I have ties to them through my dad who attended college there

Vols top everyone in my book, but...

i pull for Wisconsin bc my dad went to grad school there, and they have kept close with a few people from Madison

also, i unfortunately cheer for Cleveland sports bc my uncle is from the area...i figure they need all the support they can get

NFL - Titans, Packers, and Browns (my dad has cheered for Colts since Johnny U, however i feel as though four teams in the NFL would be too much)
NBA - Cavs (im thinking about adding the Thunder)
MLB - Indians, Braves (i don't care for baseball that much tho)
NHL - Preds (i don't care for hockey that much either)

Teams I follow are Boise State and North Carolina(football)

Teams I casually observe are Carson-Newman, Memphis(football), UT-Chattanooga, and Notre Dame(didn't say I liked ND, just follow them)

Pro teams I like are the Titans, Red Sox, Nuggets, Preds, and for soccer, FC Barcelona, Chelsea, and the Seattle Sounders.

Chelsea has been my team since 05 r 06 when my friend and i played the fifa game and would scream DROOOOOOOOGGGBAAAAA!!! every time we scored with him

hard not to follow ND since they are always in the media anywhere you go in the US

I'm glad I'm not the only one here, haha. When it comes to Premier League, my friends are either ManU or Liverpool. I'm the outcast haha.

in NCAA football (besides the Vols) i follow Marshall (used to work with a guy that the university is on his family's property), University of Tennessee @ Chattanooga (i live near there), and Norte Dame

in the NFL the Titans, Dolphins, Falcons, Jaguars, and Bucs

in the AFL all of the teams. i am a huge AFL fan and have been for years. it also helps that i went to the same high school as Andy Kelly.

in MLB i follow the braves (i graduated with a guy that is a reliever for the braves AAA team)

I follow Pitt very closely and have the Panthers and Vols BOTH at the top of my list...won't miss any of their games if I can help it.

Naturally, I love the Steelers and Penguins as well...wish I had something to love about the Pirates.

Absolutely HATE everything about Penn State AND Florida.
