-I feel like we’re going to punk them in their house. They’ll come up with all kinds of excuses. Bottom line is Lea is way better than Heupel.

-I can’t wait to watch Kolby Taylor laugh at a Vol receiver when he steps in front of one and completes a pick 6.

-The Vol fans filing out of Neyland early is going to be the sweetest sight.

-By the time the 4th quarter rolls around, there might be nobody left in the stands except Vandy fans and a few Vile fans too drunk to go home.

-We won’t out number them, but we will be louder.

-Pavia about to show Aguilar who the superior one is.

-I hope Pavia and his mom plant the Vandy Flag on the T when we destroy them.

-Last thing we have to do before the playoffs. This celebration is going to rock!

They're a talented, veteran team that's very well coached. They've got a QB who is confident, a leader and makes plays. His team has bought in and shares his confidence. Not hard to see why the fans would buy in, too. Plus, they've no doubt seen our defense. This is the one game that can really expose our poor tackling. Glad we beat UF, but this one is a bad match up for us even at home.

Have they seen their own defense and their tackling issues? Neither defense is going to shut down the opposing offense IMO. I think we can beat them in more ways than they can beat us. For them, it is all about Pavia on offense. Not only in the passing game as he is their leading rusher with over 200 more yards than their top RB. If we can slow him down, we slow their entire offense down.

Can confirm.. middle Tennessee is still solidly Volunteer country here, doesn’t matter what type of season Vandy has (or us, for that matter) 😂 nobody traded their orange for commodore gear 😂… the southern part of the state did most of the Alabama turncoat stuff for a time, but that was about it, oh and immoral and stupid people

That's how it's always been. The ones who went to Vandy came in with a sense of unearned superiority ("Do you know who my father is?!"). The ones who couldn't get in are deluded into thinking they support something worthwhile, and feel they've made a superior choice. But suffering suffering does not give you moral superiority. Sometimes you give yourself to something that different deserve it.

As good as Vanderbilt has proven to be for the first time in over a decade and for only the third time in the last 100 years or so, we have so much more talent, top to bottom, than Vanderbilt. If they didn’t have Pavia, this would be a laugher of a game. Because they do, it will most likely (I’m still not ruling out a Vol blowout because it is still Vanderbilt) be close. But it won’t be enough. There is no chance in hell we lose this game. If Vanderbilt had kept their f****** mouths shut, then maybe there’s the small chance that UT comes out lackadaisical and underestimating them. But they didn’t.
