Nope I have made it abundantly clear there is no way at all I would place money on this game.

Florida coming off of a bye week and a young Tennessee team coming off of a tough loss and being favored for the first time in a conference game much less against a team we haven't beaten in 9 years.


I still have visions in my head of Jeff Driskel in 2012, at Neyland I don't ever want to relive them again.

I give the Vols about a 35% chance of winning this game. If I am wrong I will happily eat crow.

If I were to place money on this game I would bet Florida +7. The Vols are just to unpredictable at the moment, and the Offensive line is scary bad.

If Worley goes down we are absolutely screwed. I believe CBJ is trying to Redshirt Dobbs for next year.



If Tennessee had any kind of offensive line or even an offensive obstacle I would bet the Vols +10




P.S. I hate Florida .000005% more than I hate Bama

Seriously? Not a VFL if you don't have confidence in the team you're passionate for, being negatively driven by the past must really suck for you, the HC of our mighty Vol football program says to look forward, if you're just trying to be pessimistic and on the inside you really know our boys clad in orange will take our breaths away when that clock strikes 00:00 with a W .Then I understand .
If we do have a meltdown that shows our love for our Mighty Vols. It's only natural to be upset and flip out if we lose.
I hate losing, Saturday was an absolute heartbreaker, I can't help but feel the anger our team felt, so was the past 9 seasons we lost to these dang gators, but let's keep our heads up and support Rocky Top. For a win will come if earned.

I want to beleive as much as the next guy but UT has a way of going brain dead when playing Florida I still remember 1998 and 2001 like yesterday

I respectfully disagree. One of the reasons I was confident we could compete with UGA was that it hasn't been that long since we were regularly blowing them out despite never being favored. Their winning streak on us and the 2012 game are really the main reasons for UF to be confident this week. Tell UK that streaks are easy to break. Look how many times they had us on the ropes before they finally fluked out a win.

Maybe if UT can beat them in a close game my good friendly buddy Chattown Vol can go over to the Gator message boards and give them the same "Save Dooley" speech he gave volnation after we lost a close game to UGA in Dooleys last year...I mean I laughed but was very inspired...He could copy his speech and just change the names and maybe the gator nation will also be inspired to save Muschamp...But maybe not it didn't help Dooley but its worth a shot :D Plant that flag gator nation!

Wow. Absolutely stunning. I made a thread supporting my coach after a close loss to Georgia in Athens TWO YEARS AGO and you're still butthurt and crying about it?

Make sure to stay in Miami as long as possible, your level of douche will only be accepted in Florida, a state where the douche runs rampant. I really can't believe tools like you actually exist.

Any objective fan would look at this game and think that UT pulls out a win.

I don't blame any UT fans for being pessimistic about this weekend, though. I'm remaining cautiously optimistic, as I have tried to do the past 2 seasons.

As bad as Florida looks at times, they do still have a lot of talent on that team. Anything could happen.

I totally agree with this statement. I live in Florida and have to hear the mouths of Gator fans all year thus making my situation pretty rough... We have so much young talent this year and as bad as I want to talk smack to everyone, there is something inside that worries me about the outcome of this game. Us Tennessee fans understand that building takes time but at the same time are spoiled that Butch has turned this program around so quickly. I am with the " I'll believe it when I see it" people and will be wearing my Tennessee Orange head to toe Saturday in hopes of shutting every Gator fans mouth for the first time in 10 years. I do have an honest question however... How does everyone think that Tennessee will deal with what I call "Bully Ball" from Florida? They grab and hold every play and in the past I have seen our receivers and offense get very tentative and in my opinion that will be the difference in a win and a loss.... I also believe that defending the read option is huge as Florida is known for using any trick play they can to try and score. Go Vols!
