What Is Your Neyland Stadium Record???

'04 Auburn game?

That was a pretty ugly game. First time I ever saw them lose a game in person.

Whoops! Yeah, it was '04. I shook Ainge's hand before the Vol Walk and told him good luck. I haven't been allowed within 100 yds of a UT QB since. :) I think he threw 3 or 4 interceptions.

Vol Fans,

How much luck do you bring the Vols at games? If you can remember, what is the Vols's records when you have shown up at games?

(I realize, for some of you, this will be an impossible number to calculate, as you've been to so many).

Mine is 3-0 at home (Wins over GA, Vandy, and Ohio) and 1-0 away (UK last year)

Im 11-2. The only games I've seen us lose are the 2005 UGA game and 2008 UF game.

i'm 6-1...
Kentucky 2006 W 17-12
Georgia 2007 W 35-14
Northern Illinois 2008 W 13-9
Alabama 2008 L 29-9
Ohio 2009 W 34-23
Georgia 2009 W 45-19
South Carolina 2009 W 31-13
The GA and SC games last year we're amazing wasn't expecting to win the GA game and the SC game was, well, NEYLAND was ROCKIN'!! I LOVED the crowds reaction to the BLACK HOLLOWEEN jerseys!! Plus they got the the players pumped up!

Don't know the exact record, but started going to a couple games a year as a kid in 1998. Very solid up until recently. I'm a rising Junior at UT now, so these last couple of years have been rough.

As a plus, though, the basketball team's been getting better! Right? Right?

First game was 1992 Florida in the monsoon, stayed undefeated until the 2001 Georgia hob-nailed boot game. Haven't missed a home game since 2002, but I could have done without seeing the 05 Vandy and 08 Wyoming losses in person.

Neyland 43-17
Away 2-4

Total 45-21

8-1

I play the odds game since I can only afford to go to the games being played against WKU or UTM :)
Went to UGA the beat down year (2 or 3 years ago - 45-17 i i think)

That and the '02 Miami game are the worst beatings I've ever seen UT take in person. Even for as far as we've fallen, it's hard to imagine a team beating us down at home much worse than those two games.

Mine is pretty sick:

Overall 43-8, Home 31-3, Road 9-2, SECG 2-2, Bowl 1-1

I started out 27-0 before I saw my first loss, which actually shouldn't count in my book (UF 2000). I didn't know what to do after that loss, I was kind of in shock. I also started out 9-0 on the road.

So....do you already have season tickets, or do we all need to pitch in to buy you one?

Haha, I have them, but feel free to pitch in for road games.

Just realized that not only did Florida account for my first home and road losses, but all 3 of my home losses are to Florida. I hate them.

1995-1997 one loss at home and I missed that one (couldn't get in because I lost my student id). I was at every home game during that span. I also went to the three Manning bowl wins. The first home loss I saw was when Vandy beat us. Since then I have seen Bama beat us at home in 2008, Notre Dame win at Neyland when Ainge was injured, UCLA beat us last year. I think that is all of the home losses.

17-2

I was there when we lost to Florida in 2000 (the Jabbar Gaffney Catch) and when we lost to Miami in 2002. (My two losses)

I was there as a soph. in 1998 and went perfect at home including the Jeff Hall FG against FL which is the greatest game I have ever been to.

My wife who is from GA is a perfect 3-0 and my good luck charm as she was there when we squeeked by the Air Force Academy (2006) and when we blasted GA in 2007.

HOLY CRAP! I just realized that the Alabama game this year will be my 100th home game of my life! Only going to be able to make it to the Oregon and FL games before that one.

WE HAVE TO WIN!!!!:dance2::rock::dance2:

I'm very impressed with all of this. Pretty cool thread. I'd like to get down for more games, but I live in Central Kentucky, and I can't take Sundays off, so I can only get up for a game thats in the afternoon.

6-0 but only one was against a big opponent. That one was 45-3 ( I think )Tennessee over the gators but that was before the gators were very good. Back in the Shane Mathews days. We ran a kickoff back against them. Think Dale Carter ran it back. It was my first game. I prefer to watch the big games at home where I can scream and cuss in private.

We're in the same class. My record has taken a big hit since graduation

The best I can calculate is 52-16 - but thats only since 1999. My husband and I have only missed one entire season (2009). However, my grandparents took me to my first game in 1980, I wasn't quite 3 years old yet, and didn't miss many games until I was well into elementary school. On a side note, we still sit in the same seats that I sat in as a child.

Looking forward to this season!!! GBO!!!!!!!!!
