I had an Economics class in the fall of '99 with two players (Derrick Edmonds and Kevin Gregory) and some assbag in need of attention wore a Florida T-shirt to class the Monday after the Alex Brown game....The instructor stared at the kid for a second and then looked at Edmonds and Gregory and said, "If you guys want to do something about that, I didn't see a thing."

I certainly go out of my way to wear KU apparel out in Manhattan (KS not NY).

However, from the outside, I would guess that if this is becoming more apparent on campus, it might have something to do with the lottery scholarships keeping kids in-state (in which case they are actually taking money away from the rival by using the education.) Just my two cents.

Peyton Manning used to wear Kevin Faulk's LSU jersey around. Darwin Walker wore a bunch of NC State wear. More than 1/2 of our football team wore other programs' wear. I never knew why, but they did.

There was a girl in my other English class today wearing Duke crap. She was smoking hot too. But the duke stuff is just too much :sick:. Ew.

Yeah the Friday before the SEC Championship game against LSU, some guy walked into my Stat class decked out in Tiger gear.

Somebody actually threw their book at him.
