What is with all the Bama trash in and around Nashville?

Bandwagoners. They mysteriously disappeared in the 90's. Then miraculously reappeared a few years ago.

This.

Just like there was an explosion of UT stickers/license plates right after the '98 NC.

I live in the Boro and I don't know any other UT fans in my neighborhood, makes me sick. I have to drink beer and watch football on Saturday's with an Ohio St fan. It's inhumane I tell you!

Same front-running half-wits that were wearing gator apparel a few years ago. "What goes around....eventually goes down the toilet bowl".

They have to come to Nashville b/c there are no good cities in Alabama. I recently spent three or four days in B'ham. What a dungheap!

You aren't a true fan if you don't key a few bammer cars.
Ugh.

Every other car on my commute on 65 North in the mornings is nothing but Bama tags and stickers on every other freaking car that passes.

Then I'm in Cool Springs Mall and a college age girl is walking thru with a Bama shirt on and one of the Sales guys working there hollers out Roll Tide from across the floor and she yells it back.

In the capitol city of Tennessee we have people yelling Roll Tide.

Makes me want to vomit.

I live in Brentwood, and there is a group of high school kids (from different families) went to my church every Sunday wearing those Bama gangsta hats. Nauseating.

lol, youre the definition of a hypocrite, you live in Nashville and are a colts fan(manning fan really)..... youre the bandwagoner , talk about a double standard

Only alumni should get a pass. If you didn't go to college, cheer for your home state. No excuse!!!!!!!!!!!!! be proud of where you are from and cheer your home STATE school on.

Dumb post. I live in Georgia and love the state. But I'll be dam if I'll ever be a tech or uga fan. I'm a West Georgia grad but I lost a lot of my loyalty to them when they changed their mascot from "Braves" to "wolves" because of politics.

I've lived in Nashville all my life, except for my time serving in the usn 89-95, but all my freinds are Vols.

The only person I know thats a fan of an opposing team is a gater.

Sounds like some of you either have the worst luck in the world or just need to get new friends.

That's bold considering we live in a nation with Mississippi.

I like Mississippi. I know I'm in the minority there, but 95% of my family comes from MS and I grew up going back and forth from Nashville to Corinth, Hernando, Rianze, Carrolton, Greenwood, Starkville, et al.

Granted, not much to offer there, the state flower is often referred to as the Satellite Dish and the two biggest cities are New Orleans and Memphis, but still....I'll always have a soft spot for the Southern Belle accents my grandmother had and the 'ole south accent my grandfather's had.

But Alabama sucks.

I don't think those are the ones the OP are talking about. It's the ones born and bread in Tennessee and are still fans of other teams.

That's what makes me want to vomit!! Born and bread Tennesseeans cheering for that garbage!!!!!

"hypocrite"? Did you lose your mind? (or Titan fans' sour grapes?) I followed Manning and his team ever since he came to UT, which carried to the professional level, like the way I followed the Chiefs, Texans and others. This is bandwagoning??? Look up what "bandwagon" means, and then come back so we can talk intellectually. On the other hand, why would I follow the Titans just because I lived in Nashville and tons of others followed them? Let me teach you something: if I did, that's called "bandwagoning".
