A decommit? Somebody that is off the radar? Juco?

Is there a point were we start looking at next years class and roll with what we have for now?

1. Who's the best chance for a decommit? Brunetti? Rettig? Bray?
2. Off the radar, or over looked. Grayson?, Someone else?
3. JUCO? Newton?

Thoughts.

It's easily Tyler Bray. He is a soft verbal to San Diego State. He stands 6 foot 6 inches. Yeah.... the next target is Bray.

Tyler Bray is clearly our next option after beating Scroggins, Brunetti, Bell, Sims, Hinder, Montana, etc. at the Elite 11. After that I think we continue to press Rees until NSD...

Hendrix and Rees have a good chance of decommitting if Weis doesn't win 8 games. I don't know why Bray picked San Jose St. to begin with. Such a random commitment probably indicates that's where he really wants to be. Otherwise he could have just held off until November or December to make that pick.

I think you mean San Diego State... he is from California so that's part of it.

it was his only offer other than fresno state...and he has indicated that he did it because they pressed him to make a decision.

he will not end up there.

Bray should be next... based on Elite 11 performances, he probably should have been ahead of Scroggins and only after Heaps... on our list.

Bray is going to stay out West, no?

I doubt it. His only offers were San Diego State and Fresno State. The only other suitors Rivals show is USC, Louisville and Northwestern. He didn't have a lot of offers. I think with the recognition he has been getting, he is going to open it back up.

1) Jeffrey Godfrey -2010 Miami area
2) Teddy Bridgewater-2011 Miami area

I pick Florida athletes on California anyday. The kids here in Florida are winners and the best athletes in the country, trust me. Give these kids a shot at quarterback and if it doesn't work out, switch them to receiver.

With the opinion that Bell, Heaps, and Scroggins are locks.

Who is most likely to "flip flop"?

Brunetti
Bray
Rees
Rettig
Hendrix

So Bryce Brown sucks.... no offense but that is horrible logic.

Brunetti is a last resort imo. I agree with the person who said this staff isn't going to want him if they didn't want Boyd. Both four star. Both dual threat. Both short. This staff doesn't want Brunetti. If they did, they wouldn't have told Boyd he doesn't fit.

Bray is gonna flop. You can book it. He may not come to UT, but he will not go to SDSU. Rees is the next most likely. Chaney and CLK are going to continue to press him hard. The #2 for ND is not the greatest spot to be in...

Bray, IMO.

A 4* QB isn't going to sign with San Diego State.

Pretty sure it has happened before. I guess I don't know what you're basing this off of. The best quarterback in the class just signed with BYU so it happens. San Diego State is a private school with good academics and the kid is from California. I don't think he'll end up there but you have nothing to back up the statement that a 4* quarterback wouldn't go to SDST.
