Seeing SECN guys predicting a loss to Florida, Im just not sure why? They not only got over the hump, but Florida looked like a lot more garbage down the stretch than UT and now will play THREE QBs against Michigan. I really see Michigan taking them to the woodshed. Is it just because its at home and they think Dormady/Gman will fold?
Im worried about the Vols and it IS Florida, but putting myself as a neutral guy, I'd still pick the Vols over UF (while probably picking an L to Georgia and LSU).

Safe bet considering the last 25 years of Tennessee vs Florida...wouldn't you say?

EDIT:Damn you Boca!!!

Point taken, but it was a "believe it when they get over the hump" and its not like Florida is trending in the right direction. UT will be healthy (just like when they beat them) and Florida looks to have a worse situation at QB (could be wrong).

For the most part, there isn't a lot of logic picking any team in the East to beat any other team in the East with any level of certainty.

5 minutes on their board and you realize FL has many problems.

They are in full catbone mode.

The guys on SECN were laughing at the notion of us beating them. Makes zero sense. They lost more than we did and we boat raced them last year, even after spotting them 21

Yeah. Florida seems to possibly have some foundation problems and the cracks are starting to creep up the walls.

If they lose to Michigan bad and then we beat them by any amount....I would say the ceiling will start to cave in at that point.

It's simple, there is no reason to pick UT to beat UF until the Vols show that they can actually get it done. Oh wait, that was what people said last year before we dominated their defense up and down the field. Not sure what the logic is now. Probably due to thinking Dobbs was the only reason we were good and with him gone we can't even tie our shoes

The national media disagrees. Many calling Florida as a sleeper playoff team including Phil Steele and others.

I'm not saying it's correct. But I think the majority believes they are trending up and we are trending down (at least compared to last year)

Actually, Stinchcomb did pick UK over UT. He a!so picked Mizzou over UT, I assume because those are both road games.

At the end of the day, who cares what these people predict? That's the problem with 24 hour news...you have people that take one side and someone takes another. It's not real, it's just done to stir up crap.

Tomorrow, no one will remember what they said...or care.

Could be because UT has beaten Fl. back to back only one time in last 20 years. And that was more than 10 years ago.

So are there people over them telling him why he's wrong?

Most of the people on their board seem to just be mad that there are rules. Lol.

Basically, their players get pinched doing stupid stuff everyone knows is against the rules, but if they caught, the rules are dumb and shouldn't be rules.
