Last i heard he stood up at pre trial and refused to be tried by the current judge then requesting the old judge be brought back

Hey bud, yeah me and Bigtime do know him. But he was wrong about South Carolina. He has been in North Carolina with his parents. All i have heard is that the kid didnt like JB at all and wanted to do something to hurt him. That is what i have gotten from talking to Josh. JB hasnt told me anything tho, he cant. That is all assumptions. If anyone cares he is doing fine and was in TN the other day.

He randomly commented on one of my facebook statuses the other day...it kind of weirded me out.

Innocent till proven guilty. Only he and this kid know the truth.
The media always makes these situations worse. And our culture is prone to
immediately assume people in these situations are guilty despite
what is really true. I think making jokes at his expense is horrible. Until
you are in this situation you will never understand how life changing. I had a friend charged with similar things, he was in jail , lost his wife, lost his job and his rep was completely ruined. In the end he was found not guilty. So I hope that out of respect the
Moderator would more closely monitor this thread.
