What is the going rate for a solid QB?

If a kid attending school makes over a million a year, I say they pay for their education. Give the scholarship to a deserving person.

To the school, they're worth the million + the scholarship value, obviously. It's really easy.

You work and you're worth the salary + benefits.

It's not uncommon. It's normal for the salary not to be the full worth of the worker but have perks thrown in also.
