What is it with January and shootings?

School shootings, mall shootings, etc.

I do wonder what analysts, IE profilers, data miners have have identified as influencing factors for these people....IE; only children, high IQ, socially inept, etc...

Most are/have been bullied. Most are well planned out and at least once or twice, they have told someone of their intentions. They almost never show signs or have ever had signs of mental illness.
