Is there really monies to buy athletes at the mid majors?

There's money everywhere that there's a desire to win. And the kids that attend VCU aren't necessarily going to cost you what the ones at LSU would.

Talk about a flamboyant coach. I sat behind their bench at the old Stokely when Pete was there. I never saw or heard anyone that could curse like ole Press. But he was a great guy he'd josh around with us during the game.

Funny story, dont know if it is true but a good story:

Press was yelling at the officials saying they're killing my boy, they're killing my boy.

Official came over and asked, "which one is your boy!"

I remember watching that SECT game with the Shaq/Groves / Brown brawl at Fudruckers on West End with my church youth group . We were attending some event -conference at Memorial gym and were on a lunch break when that all went down . Damn that was a long time ago
