Gotta say that is the worst mascot EVER

It's got to be close. Good mascot names are either at least somewhat intimidating like "Wolverines" or "Bearcats", etc, or representative of the state they come from like "Longhorns", "Buckeyes", and "Volunteers".

Other horrible team mascots I can think of are "Ducks" and "Beavers". It's just embarrassing really.
