You'd be better off with something like a few scoops of Natty PB or Almonds than the Apple Jacks. Both high in fat. JMO IMO tho.

The only peanut butter I eat is the freshly ground honey roasted... Normally get it from whole foods not a big fan of nuts in general. Though I am about to go pasta crazy in about a week

I will admit that the apple jacks are not the best thing for me. That is kinda my "treat" I guess. Though it is good to find something that you can eat and snack on that is low fat throughout the day.

The last hundred or so of my calories are usually 2 Turkey burgers 400 calories...lot of protein (no bread) though sometimes I will treat myself with bread. If I do I use nature owns 35 calorie bread.

I mix it up on my fruits and vegetables. I weigh everything, but change it up between orange, bananas, strawberries, pineapples, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and salads.

Usually will eat at least 1 protein bar in a day.

Fat isn't a bad thing. The idea of fat being bad is the number one myth of healthy eating.

Every time I see you post that it makes me sick to my stomach. 72g of sugar per day from Apple Jacks. So you basically get 1/2 of your carbs from 1/3 of your diet, and half of those carbs are from sugar.

I know you're losing weight and I am by no means a nutritionist but that hardly seems like it could be "good" weight loss.

Mind if I ask what the other 2/3 of your diet looks like?

It better be his body weight in fiber.

Anyone looking to get healthy needs to message me for details on the "24 Day Challenge"... Results on average are 12lbs, 11 inches and 3.5% body fat lost in 24 days. It's a combination of eating properly, exercise and elite level nutrition. But don't bother messaging me if you're looking for a quick fix. This is about a kick start to a lifestyle change. Keeping you around longer for the kids and grandkids!

I eat 1600-1800 calories a day...I measure all foods that I eat been doing this since Janurary first. I have lost 30 pounds. I didn't start working out until I started training for the marathon and I haven't really lost any weight since then.

about 600 calories of my day come from apple jacks...that way I can "graze" all day long and keep my metabolism upinstead of eating a few set meals.

until recently I was losing a little over 2 lbs a week. I start charting my weight loss about half way through.

This is where you lost me...

Go to Gorilla Jack .com and order some pure Ephedrine pills. It's a Canadian website and Ephedrine is still legal there. Swallow 3 pills and put 2 under your tongue. Knocks your appetite out and gives you mild euphoria. You need to go at least a day without eating anything so your stomach will shrink. That's the key is to not eat and shrink your stomach. Always remember, nothing taste as good as skinny feels.
