What irritates u most about Butch?

There is so much low-hanging fruit, but my favorite thing to be annoyed by is that HE NEVER ADMITS MAKING A MISTAKE. When things blow up in his face, he has never owned one that I can recall. There is clock mgtment, vocabulary , that pseudo-stoic expression, his haircut, etc.etc.
Play calling, use or lack of young players, game strategy ( lack of) halftime adjustments ( lack of) staff organization.

this. I don't give a damn what our coach says (cliche/"rah-rah" -wise) as long as he's winning games, winning the east, taking us to the SEC championship game to potentially go to the playoffs, etc.

(some) people actually like that stuff (3rd down for what, slogans, trash cans, etc) when we're winning. But when you lose, all that becomes ammo for fans/media to 1) make fun of you/your ideas and 2) criticize you for spending time and energy on non-necessities (while your team is losing)


People dog the trash can thing, but if we were forcing 4-5 turnovers per game and winning, I'd have 0 problem with it. I'd just consider it something goofy that motivates the players, but as fans, that's what we want to see (players that come to play and execute)
