1. Worley stepped up and played like an average SEC QB

2. Special teams were outstanding to say the least.

3. Our secondary was all over their WR's. Most of Murrays completions had to be perfectly thrown balls.

4. Never give up attitude was nice to see.

Less impressed by :

1. Neal. He made several good runs (some only for a yard) but almost looks like hes running with his eyes closed sometimes. The 4th and 1 play that he broke for 50 yds left me scratching my head trying to figure out how he let the one guy in the wide open field make the play. Still an overall slightly better than average night for Neal IMO.

2. Discipline. The opening kickoff taunting penalty is unacceptable!(Alden Hill I think). False starts are going to happen every now and then but we had too many last night.

3. Even though going for the original 4th and 1 worked out in our favor, I think with roughly 6:30 left in the game, at your own 35 yardline, Our defense playing lights out, we should have punted. That was a reckless decision by BJ that didnt back fire IMO. It very well could have. BJ shouldnt let the emotion of the game effect his decisions.

4. White helmets with the gray uni's......gray hats would look much better. :)

If I would have told you before the game that we would lose the turnover battle and have more penalities than they did, would anybody have given this team a chance? Im telling you now, get cho popcorn ready boys, our time is coming!!!

Play calling on offense was good. We seemed to finally really open the playbook up. Hopefully that's a sign that the offense is starting to really grasp the system now.

Yep, once your QB shows you he can make some plays, it easier to open up that play book.

I agree about the play calling. MUCH better.

I liked the run/pass ratio as well as the calls to help Worley get more comfortable

Play calling was outstanding. Butch's confidence in going for 4th 3 times... this will pay huge dividends in increasing team's confidence and belief they can succeed.

Justin Worley, other than refusing to keep the ball more than once, was outstanding in his game management and poise.

Rajion Neal and the running game

WRs are beginning to actually look like playmakers.... North, Pig... Smith didn't have a drop for the first time since week 1.

Special teams was outstanding... Palardy's punting and Jalen Reeves-Maybin.

Im not afraid to admit that I still dont agree with going for it on the original 4th and 1 with 6:30 left, on our own 35 yd line. It was a reckless decision that didnt back fire IMO. I would make the argument that with Palardy playing out of his mind and our defense shutting them down that punting was the smart thing to do. Georgia would have likely ran a couple minutes off the clock then punted back to us. We get the ball back with 4 minutes remaining and score with no time on the clock, no OT needed. Yep, thats what would have happened!

Palardy.....what did CBJ do with Michael Palardy and who is this guy kicking the ball? I think he deserved a game ball yesterday.

Not disagreeing with the sentiment as I think it was a great game, but North dropped a big pass.

Worley will play with more confidence now since he was not the reason we lost the game yesterday. This is the best he felt after a game. Ever.

You wanted BJ to punt it away with 6:30 left to play because our D was playing lights out?? Murray was the one playing lights out and I don't think you want the ball in his hand - that final drive for them is evidence. It was a good, gutsy call on both accounts.

I disagree. Yes our Defense was shutting them down. You realize they only scored 14 in the second half with the final TD coming in the last few seconds, right? Also , a turnover on downs at that point and UGA is already in FG range. Once we got them out of FG range im good with the call.

Check Murrays stats and tell me how he was playing "lights out".

I agree on Neal he struggles with making players miss, but great effort game from him. I was impressed with special teams and overall effort.

Justin King on the sideline was a hell of a cheerleader. No joke. Dude was awesome!

On that note, LOVED how rowdy the team got on the sideline when we were on D. They were getting crazy! Awesome energy

Maggitt was going crazy on the sideline as well. It was great to see that fire from our team!

The most impressive thing I saw was trust.
The coaches trusted the offense enough to make 4th down conversions.
They trusted the defense enough to hold the line if the offense slipped.
The players trusted the play calls, and routes, and executed them.
Worley trusted his receivers more.
I am glad that the preformance was something that everyone could see some progress.
We are still where most predicted we would be.
We have a chance in every game left, even the Bamer game.
I think we will face a ranked Aub team, and a ranked Miz team.
I do think those games could go either way. ( something tells me we loose them though)
I think the Bama game will be a close one, but bamer pulls away 2nd half.
I think the SC game will be be close, and we squeak by them for a win. (Mostly because of the momentum they picked up from the Ga game, and the by week).
I think we beat both of Ky and Vandy.
Vandy will be a war .. it will be a rough game. They have as much talent as we do, and they know their system better than our players know our system.
It is not a matter of talent, it is the knowledge of the system the players have, and their motivation to execute. I think we have more talent than Ky, and more heart than Vandy.
In the end I see us playing in the mac and cheese bowl.
