But still.. If I were UT, I wouldn't assume this one was in the bag. I mean crap..that michigan team could probably beat us this year..but anyway, I digress.

I predict we will lose to NIU if InCrompetent steps on the field for any significant playing time. Come on Phil, give it up. Crompton is horrible. The worst qb in the land. Theory: Maybe Phil and Jon have some kind of sick personal relationship that gets in the way of Phil being objective in picking a qb.

I was thinking more along the lines of someone in Crompton's family betting on Tennessee to lose the game. It is just hard for me to believe that a 4 star recruit at QB can be that bad. I bet there are a lot of UT students that played QB in high school that could walk on to the team and play better than he did against Auburn. 8-24 with 67 yards. Thats just ridiculous.

If Crompton can't put up big points against NIU, he needs to get out of the sport.

It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of how badly we're going to lose. Phil will keep JC in the QB slot, Foster will fumble on the 1 and we'll just fall apart as usual.

Are there any reasons to think otherwise??

Not so much.

I don't see it happening, but if it did, I could see every moving van in East Tennessee at Phils house the next morning.
