We beat Bama and win out. UF does the same and doesn't play LSU. UF loses in sec championship game. Does a 1 loss UT make the playoffs?

Edit:I see now. Bad math. Too many numbers in my head trying to count turnovers, injuries, and missed calls.

If that scenario played out we would be in SEC champ game not Florida

Not sure what you're getting at... we would be 7-1 in the SEC and Florida 6-1... we go to Atlanta.

First we win out - we are in the SEC championship game regardless of what UF does. 7-1 > 6-1.

As for the playoffs, the winner of the SEC championship game if they have 1 loss or less will make the playoffs.

We're going to have to beat Bama and win out to control our own destiny. If we lose to Bama, we have to hope Mizzou, UGA or Arky beats UF to send us to ATL. The SEC is unlikely to force UF and LSU to play a game that both ADs are saying won't be rescheduled.

Let's play a full, complete mistake-free game first...

And the only chance of consideration we would have at a playoff is if A&M is our only loss and we win the SECCG. Outside of that and the talk is futile.

I know we have our work cut out. I also know FSU went to the title game against us with a loss, a loss to an unranked NCS team by 2-3 tds. I think I would like to meet Michigan Wolverines again and DOT that i again!

Once we depose of these remaining SEC lightweights, I want to dot that Ohio State "i" in the first round of playoffs. Then we will mop the floor with Washington in the final game.

Bama lose to A&M

Beat A&M in SECCG

Play Clemson Rd 1 and win
Play and beat Meyer & OSU for NC

We would have beaten all our major foes and beaten coaches that won all but three of the last 10 NC's. Two aren't even head coaches.
