A. JJ should not have been out at 2 AM in the first place, this inexcusible.
B. He needs to pick his friends better.

But what if he pulled into the gas station and went inside for some Jerkey or Coke, and came out and his buddies were robbing some car, and he's like, No, we gotta get out of here this is stupid. Is it fair to dismiss him? Sit him down for the rest of the season, until you get the FACTS. Then make a choice.

Sweet, another JJ thread. It's a good thing too because I was worried that people would stop making them.

I agree, BUT not only was he out at 2 oclock in the morning, you cant tell me he didnt know that they had weed in the car with him just failing a drug test the week before. Also whats not to say he didnt know about the gun?? If he stays he only gets one more chance if he screws up at all I know he has a ton of potential but he needs to go!!

I hate it when people use this against him. He was with TEAMMATES. If he were to say I'm going to be around those guys their bad people then he would be a cancer and get ripped for it.

Just let it go and stop the speculation. CLK and any others at the University will make the correct decision whether we like it or not.

Jimmy Hyams and Hubbs are the only ones that said drug test,if you believe those chumps. The University does not release that info, so all speculation! If he was involved he will not be with the team, if not he should be! The time it happened I don't think matters, never heard anything about a curfew? Should choose his friends wisely? They were his team mates! FAIL THREAD DEAD ISSUE!!! MOVE ON!

They weren't the only ones saying he failed a drug test. Hyams I could care less about what he says but usually whatever Hubbs says is fairly concrete.

If someone says "come on let's get out of here", seems to me he saw the the robbery gone bad knew it was time to go. Seems to me he was fully aware of what was going on. Maybe went inside to distract the store employee.

We can try him on volnation or we can let the coaches (who have more information than we do) make their decision, but as for me I think it is time to shut up and let Kiffin and crew make the decision

You have a point, but you don't see BB or Teague rollin with these guys. They may have known better.

He didn't have to say anything.

He could have simply not got in the car.

You hang around dogs... You're bound to catch fleas. And I'm not so sure JJ isn't just one of the dogs himself.

He may not be. But he does have the critters, that come with them.

It's going to be hard to convince the DA he didn't know. He hearss that every day from criminals, most of whom are guilty.

It's a possibility he didn't know. but the old cliche, choose your friends wisely, is so true here.

It's rumored the girl in the car was supplying the team with weed. Not someone I'm going to get into the car with if I just failed a drug test. :twocents:
